Return and exchange of goods

Our online store carries out the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights." 

The entire list of goods on our website "GorillasBBQ" that meets the conditions of clauses 1-3 "Terms of return and replacement of goods" is subject to return and exchange! 

Terms of return and replacement of goods: 

1. The product must be in a marketable condition, free from traces of use, contamination and any mechanical damage. 

2. The original packaging of the goods has been preserved. 

3. Corresponding complete set of goods (the set is determined by the description of the product or its operation manual). 

RETURN OF GOODS: 

 - YOU WANT TO RETURN THE GOODS? WHAT TO DO? In order to agree on the return of the goods, you need to call the phone number listed in the "Contacts" section: +38 (067) 725-30-88. The goods are returned to the specified data in the TTN upon receipt of the parcel. 

 - WHO PAYS FOR SHIPMENT OF RETURNED GOODS? In this case, when returning the goods, we do not reimburse the costs associated with the cost of services for the delivery of goods, namely: the departure of the courier or the cost of sending the transport company to another city, according to the declaration (TTN). In case of refusal of the goods, the cost of the delivery service is paid by the buyer. 

 - WHEN WILL THE MONEY BE RETURNED? After receiving and inspecting the goods by our warehouse, within 3 working days the funds will be returned to the details from which the payment was made. 

EXCHANGE OF GOODS: 

 - WANT TO EXCHANGE GOODS? WHAT TO DO? In order to agree on the exchange of goods, you need to call the phone number listed in the "Contacts" section: +38 (067) 725-30-88.The exchange of goods is carried out for the specified data in the TTN upon receipt of the parcel. 

 - WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPMENT OF THE EXCHANGE OF GOODS? In this case, when exchanging goods, we do not reimburse the costs associated with the cost of services for the delivery of goods, namely: departure of a courier or the cost of sending a transport company to another city, according to the declaration (TTN). In case of cancellation of the goods, the cost of the delivery service is paid by the buyer. 

 - WHEN WILL THE GOODS BE SENDED FOR EXCHANGE? After receiving and inspecting the goods that did not suit you, within 1-2 working days another selected product will be sent. 

FAILURE OF GOODS / NOT CONFORMING TO THE ORDER: 

 - WHAT TO DO IF YOU DETECTED WHEN RECEIVING DAMAGE OR FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT? If, upon receipt of the goods, a battle / defect of the goods is found, you need to draw up an Act on the battle of the goods with a representative of the transport service and tell us the number of this Act and the amount of damaged goods. Return or exchange of defective goods is carried out for the specified data in the TTN upon receipt of the parcel. 

 - WHO PAYS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE OF FAULTY GOODS (GOODS NOT CONFORMING TO THE ORDER)? In the event of a defective product or non-compliance with the order, the cost of delivery in both directions is paid by Us. 

According to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of good quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange (Supplement No. 3).
